Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn, unused, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

A €9.99 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions and the return address.
Please note that the €9.99 return shipping fee applies to all returns, except in cases where the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the product is faulty or the wrong item was sent, all return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

• Hygiene-sensitive goods (e.g. underwear, socks, cosmetics)
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items returned after more than 14 days from delivery

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.
Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
