Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship worldwide — including the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, Switzerland, and other regions.
If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us for manual order assistance.


2. Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Average delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
Delivery times are not guaranteed; however, in case of significant delays, customers retain the right to withdraw from the contract and request a full refund.


3. Shipping Costs and Additional Charges

Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on parcel weight and dimensions.
Additional costs (fuel, customs, service fees, etc.) are determined by the carrier and are beyond our control.

4. Customs and Duties

All international orders are shipped under the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) system.
This means that import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Customers are informed of possible customs charges before checkout.
The DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) option is not currently available.

United States shipments:
All orders shipped to the United States are sent strictly under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or carrier brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
We are unable to estimate, control, or prepay these charges on behalf of the customer.



5. Tracking and Notifications

Tracking numbers are automatically generated by our warehouse system.
Customers receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.
Tracking links are also available in your order details.


6. Insurance and Liability

Shipments are covered under each carrier’s standard liability policy.
No additional insurance is provided.
In case of lost or damaged shipments, compensation will follow the carrier’s claim procedure.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.


7. Damaged or Delayed Deliveries

Delivery delays may occur depending on carrier operations.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within a reasonable time (preferably within 48 hours).
All rights granted under EU and local consumer protection laws remain unaffected.


8. Operational Details

Orders are shipped within one business day after being imported into our system.
Parcels are collected daily from our warehouse.
Maximum parcel weight is 31 kg.
Shipping labels are generated automatically.
